How long does it take to issue a surety bond?

Usually 24-48 hours from when we receive all documents. For provisional tender bonds we can issue within a few hours, in case of urgency to take part in a tender.

What documents are needed to request a surety bond?

They vary by type of policy. In general: ID document, tax code/VAT number, latest financial statements or tax return, and the document requiring the guarantee (tender notice, invitation letter, administrative act). We send the precise list after the first contact.

Are your policies accepted by all contracting authorities?

Yes. We issue policies through IVASS-authorized companies, compliant with Legislative Decree 36/2023, accepted by Public Administrations, local authorities, ANAS, RFI, CONSIP and other public and private contracting authorities.

Can I receive the surety bond entirely online?

Yes. The whole process is online: request, document upload, digital signature and issuance. The policy reaches you by email, digitally signed, ready to be handed over.

Do you work only with large companies or also with small businesses and individuals?

We work with everyone: from structured companies that regularly take part in public tenders, to professionals, small craftsmen and individuals who need surety bonds for rentals, grants, tourist visas and more.

Which geographical areas do you cover?

All of Italy. We have offices in Florence (head office), Turin, Rome, Milan, Rimini and Salerno, but we operate nationwide thanks to our digital service.

Can I get a surety bond with a difficult credit history?

Yes, in many cases. We work with multiple insurance companies and each one evaluates independently: even profiles with CRIF reports or minor adverse records can obtain a guarantee, sometimes with dedicated conditions or by requiring co-obligors. The first step is to send us your documentation: we evaluate it free of charge and tell you immediately what is feasible.

What is the minimum or maximum amount you can guarantee?

There is no strict minimum: we issue surety bonds starting from a few thousand euros up to multi-million amounts. Additional financial documentation may be required for guarantees above €500,000. For amounts above €5 million we work in co-insurance with multiple companies.

How does policy renewal work?

If your policy auto-renews, we contact you 60 days before expiry with a summary and the conditions for the new period. If you prefer to renew manually, you can cancel without penalty by giving the notice indicated in your policy. For "lifetime" surety bonds (e.g. tender bonds) the duration is linked to the guarantee itself and is released upon issuance of the certificate of regular execution.
