NATIONAL OPERATIVE PROGRAM ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT POLICY SYSTEMS PON SPAO – NEW SKILLS FUND – FNC
The PON – SPAO is the National Operational Program of Active Employment Policy Systems, linked to European employment and labor market funding of the National Reform Program (PNR)
The interventions of the FNC, New Skills Fund, are non-repayable contributions reserved for employers who reduce their employees’ working hours to allow time, paid, for the employee to attend training courses and acquire new skills, especially in the digital world.
