Therefore, the surety policies issued by companies for registration in the Environmental Managers Register must now be addressed to this new<\/strong> ministerial denomination.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration of the guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this reason<\/span>, <b>the financial guarantee must have a validity of seven years, equal to the five years of the company&#8217;s registration in the Register, plus an additional period of two years <\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to cover any breaches that may occur in the period following the five-year period of registration. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision of the guarantee competes with the following categories:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 collection and displacement of hazardous urban waste and management of collection centers.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 collection and transport of hazardous waste.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 brokerage and trade of waste without detention.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9 remediation of sites.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 remediation of sites and goods containing asbestos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.italiafideiussioni.it\/testimonianze\/\"><strong>Read the numerous reviews from our clients, all are satisfied, by reading you can understand how serious we are in our work. <\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The times to present the surety policy are precise and circumscribed,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> starting from the date of receipt of the communication sent by the regional section of the Environmental Managers Register. transport<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>With the Resolution of March 14, 2012, the National Environmental Managers Register redefined the amounts related to the demonstration of financial capacity for the registration in the Register of companies that carry out waste collection and transport activities <\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(categories 1 to 5).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>financial capacity<\/strong> requirement for registration in categories 1 to 5 is considered satisfied with the demonstration of an amount of euro 9,000.00 for
