If the policyholder and/or insured is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, or if there is no response within 45 days from the receipt of the complaint, they may contact IVASS – Intermediary Supervision Service – Via del Quirinale 21-00187- Rome, attaching the documentation related to the complaint handled by the intermediary.
